Eyebrows

Microblading, also known as semi-permanent eyebrows, is a procedure categorized under semi-permanent cosmetics. This is performed with a hand tattooing tool with fine micro blades. These micro blades give super fine lines resembling fine hair strokes by depositing the selected pigment colour. Unlike a traditional permanent eyebrow tattoo, here the ink is not deposited very deep and hence termed as semi-permanent where the results last for 1 – 2 years.

Microblading is excellent for people who want to correct or reconstruct lost eyebrows, thinning brows or who want to further enhance eyebrows with a natural aesthetic appeal.

Advantages of Microblading Eyebrows

  • Natural-looking, arched, well-shaped eyebrows as per your satisfaction
  • Compared with permanent eyebrow tattoo the microblade colour doesn’t smudge or spread over the years
  • Results last for a couple of years

Lip Pigmentation

Lip Pigmentation can make many people underconfident. Having dark lips can take a toll on many brides who wish to look their best on their special day. Lip pigmentation can happen to a lot of people for a variety of reasons that may be genetic or external. The closest way to getting the desired orange-pink lips is through lip pigmentation treatment.

Lip pigmentation treatment is the best way to treat dark lips. For best reasons, multiple sittings over some time may be required.

BB Glow

BB glow is a complex treatment that is supposed to improve the texture, quality and tone of the face. It’s a fusion between the micro-needling/nano needling facial and semi-permanent makeup, so it targets a number of skin issues and gives an anti-ageing effect.

It’s supposed to give the effects of wearing lightweight foundation, or BB cream.

The BB glow can diminish:

  • Discolouration (redness, age spots, dark undereye circles, freckles, etc.)
  • Acne scars
  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Large pores
  • Dull, dehydrated skin

It improves the overall state and appearance of the skin by giving a brightening effect and increasing the production of collagen and elastin.

Vitiligo

As with other treatments of permanent and semi-permanent makeup, this procedure implies injecting pigment into the skin between the dermis and the epidermis (not as deep as tattoo ink). Because the pigments don’t go particularly far into the skin, the results are not life-long; they last for up to three years. The pigments used are natural and mineral-based. The technician concocts a special, customized mix of pigments for every client to best match their skin tone, which is injected into the white patches using microneedles, matching them to the rest of the skin.

As relatively large patches of skin are treated, it takes several sessions to complete the treatment – at least 4. Although the results are visible immediately, some of the pigment is exfoliated after each session. It takes at least 4 sessions for the technician to properly build up the colour. Along the way, they can correct any possible mismatched areas in order to achieve the most natural results. Once the skin heals and the colour settles, no one will know you even have vitiligo.

Micro-pigmentation of Scalp

The goal of Micro-pigmentation of Scalp isn’t to create hairlike lines as you would when microblading eyebrows, but instead to use tiny, layered dots in different hues of black to replicate the look of a shadow on your scalp. This style, referred to as pointillism, is done to create natural-looking depth and definition.

A skilled practitioner will work to ensure the dots look like a natural hair follicle and blend in seamlessly with your complexion.

This process may be useful for people who experience all forms of hair loss. This includes folks with:

  • cancer
  • alopecia
  • thinning hair
  • male and female pattern baldness

Lash Lift

“A lash lift curls your natural lash volume from the base to the tip so that the full length is visible,” as explained by the lash experts at Petals Aesthetics Clinic. All lashes have a natural shape to them, so this process alters that shape via a tiny curling rod and a lifting solution. The treatment should always be performed by a licensed professional and if it’s at Petals Aesthetics Clinic, then we assure you that you have nothing to worry about.

At Petals Aesthetics Clinic, Lash Lift treatment begins only after a thorough consultation with the expert to determine what kind of lash style one is looking to achieve, and if it is even possible with a certain lash volume and length. Based on a person’s answers, and evaluating the natural lashes, the lash technician then determines the kind of style and picks a suitable curling rod size to shape the lashes.

The treatment process is expected to take about 45-60 minutes. Sometimes it is also required to take a patch test 48 hours prior to the treatment appointment to ensure the lashes or eyes don’t have a reaction to the solutions used.

Eyebrow Lamination

It’s the latest and most exciting treatment to hit the beauty industry, providing a painless solution for eyebrows that don’t have symmetry or where the hairs follow a different pattern. It’s a special formulated type of keratin, made for the eyebrows only.

The treatment works in two parts. A ‘brow lift cream’ (the keratin) is applied first, to soften the hair, allowing your technician to “manipulate them into the new direction of hair growth.”
This is then followed by a ‘nourishing neutralising cream’ to “reconstitute the hair structure” and set your newly moulded brows in place.

The entire treatment takes less than an hour and is completed in a single appointment. It’s recommended to grow out your brows for at least three weeks before your appointment in order for the technician to achieve the best possible shape.
